Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide.

We do our very best to get orders out within 72 hours, excluding weekends. International orders may take an extra day to go out. If you are on a time crunch, please email or add a note to your order.

Once your package is out of our hands, we are not responsible for delivery time frames or delays. For international orders, keep in mind packages can get caught in customs. Best and quickest way to get answers is to contact your selected shipper customer service directly (DHL, USPS, UPS, etc). 

Returns and Exchanges

CLOSING SALE (code SIXTYOFF) orders are FINAL. No returns or exchanges. No exceptions. Items will be heavily quality controlled before shipping. Any lost/stolen packages will need to be handled with your mail carrier directly.

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, hygienic liner attached with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse returns based on these terms. All final sale items are not eligible for returns, refund, or store credit. Original shipping cost is nonrefundable. Items 50% off are final sale.

-Online Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
-All In-Store Purchases are final sale. Buying as a gift? Gift cards are strongly recommended.
-All sale items ending in .99 are final sale (in store and online).
-If you ship back an item ineligible for return/exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to you.

All returned products must be sent by mail. In-Store purchases are always final sale, no exceptions. 

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of Indium Intimates of receiving your return. If any part of your purchase is paid for with a gift card, that portion of your return will be refunded to your Indium Intimates account as store credit.

With our free exchange policy, you can exchange any eligible item for a new size within 14 days of delivery. 

Exchange Processing: You will receive an email notification once your order has been received, inspected, and processed typically within 30 business days. At that time, any exchanged items will be processed and the new size(s) will be sent out. Exchanged items will be sent with free ground shipping.

If we shipped you the wrong item, please email us at within 72 hours of your product being delivered. It is important that you contact us before returning your item(s) so we may assist you.
